I had built companies and chased goals relentlessly, but I had lost myself in the process. Burnout reminded me that ambition without alignment leads to exhaustion.

I realized how harshly I had been treating myself — expecting perfection, ignoring limits, and silencing my needs. Burnout taught me to lead myself with compassion, not criticism.

When I stopped fighting my burnout and started listening to it, everything shifted. I began to see that burnout was never the enemy — it was the messenger.


It stripped away the noise, the should' s, the hustle, and left me face-to-face with what truly mattered - My health. - My values. - My truth.
